How to select the operation method of power relay correctly

The power relay is mainly divided into four operating steps: 1. Measure the resistance of the multimeter for contact resistance, measure the constant closed contact and moving resistance, and the resistance value shall be 0 (the resistance value of the contact can be measured within 100 milliohms in a more accurate way); 2. The resistance of normally open contact and moving point is infinite. That distinguishes the normally closed contact from the normally open contact. 2, can use the multimeter measuring coil resistance R x 10 Ω gear measuring the resistance of the power relay coil, so as to determine whether the coil there exists a phenomenon of open circuit. 3. Measure the pull-up voltage and pull-up current, find the adjustable stabilized voltage source and ammeter, input a set of voltage to the power relay, and put the ammeter in series in the power supply loop for monitoring. Slowly turn up the voltage of the power supply. When you hear the sound of the power relay, note the voltage and current. To be accurate, you can try to calculate the average number of times. 4. Measure the release voltage and the release current, which are also connected with the above test. When the power relay is sucked, the supply voltage will be gradually reduced. In fact, five steps are selected generally. The release voltage of power relay is about 10-50% of the suction voltage. If the release voltage is too small (less than 1/10 of the suction voltage), it cannot be used normally. 1. Understand the necessary conditions first. Voltage and current in an over controlled circuit; How many sets of contacts are needed for the circuit to be controlled. When choosing power relay, the power supply voltage of general control circuit can be used as the basis of selection. The control circuit should be able to provide sufficient operating current to the power relay, otherwise the power relay is not stable to suck. 2. After referring to relevant materials to determine the conditions of use, you can find relevant materials and find the type and specification of power relay that requires five steps. If you have power relay at hand, you can check whether it can be used according to the data. Finally, consider the size. 3. Pay attention to the volume of appliance. If it is used for general use electrical appliances, in addition to the box volume, small power relay mainly considers the circuit board installation layout.
